DANIEL SALONIS
Dan oversees all aspects of the Progress Realty Partners’ operations, including investment strategy, asset management and tenant negotiations.
Prior to Progress Realty Partners’ inception, Dan was Vice President of Investments with First National Realty Partners, a New Jersey based real estate investment company, where he played a vital role in acquiring and managing more than $300 Million worth of commercial real estate throughout the country.
Dan also worked previously as an investment sales specialist with Marcus & Millichap, as well as a financial advisor with Summit Financial Resources, where he held his Series 7 license and worked with high-level Wall Street executives.
Dan’s experience managing a portfolio of more than 3 million sqft of commercial real estate with over 100 national and local tenants gives Progress Realty Partners a unique advantage and insight when it comes to negotiating new leases and optimizing the value of PRP’s portfolio.
