KATHY ANDERSON
Kathy has more than 25 years of banking and real estate lending experience and is highly regarded throughout the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to Progress Realty Partners, Kathy founded Progress Capital, one of the largest debt brokerage firms in the tri-state area with more than $40 Billion in closed loan origination and north of $150 million in direct funding.
Her proficiency in originating and underwriting commercial real estate loans with regional banks, insurance companies and investment banking firms has earned her recognition within the industry, including being selected as one of GlobeSt.com 2019 Best Bosses in the Business as The Miracle Worker.
Kathy also serves on the Board at Regal Bank, headquartered in Livingston, NJ, has been retained as an expert legal witness in commercial real estate litigation and is frequently featured as speaker at industry conferences.
