What is an accredited investor?

An accredited investor includes any individual who:

  • Earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR
  • Has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence)
How do I prove I’m an accredited investor?

Proof of accreditation can come in various forms including, but not limited to, third party verification from your accountant, attorney, or financial advisor, as well as personal bank statements, investment accounts, etc.

Can I invest through my LLC?

Yes. Aside from investing through personally held accounts, you can invest through a LLC, LP, trust, or with joint beneficiary.

Can I invest through my retirement accounts (401k, IRA, etc.)?

Absolutely. All self-directed retirement accounts are capable of funding our offerings.

What is the minimum investment?

$50,000

How do I receive my cashflow?

Cashflow is distributed each business quarter based on your pro-rata share of ownership.

Can I invest if I live in another state?

Yes. We file form 506(c) to allow out-of-state investors in all of our offerings.

What’s the difference between this and a REIT?

Investing with Progress Realty Partners gives you direct ownership in the physical real estate. Because of this, you share in all the benefits and upside of ownership (ie. cash flow, deprecation). You decide which properties you want to invest in. No blind pools. No surprises.
